"All in" is a series of choices you make every day.

“All in" isn't just a phrase; it's a commitment that YOU make as a member of this team and as a student at St. Paul Catholic High School. It's about giving your all.

What does “All In” look like?

1.      Strength and Conditioning: When it comes to participating in all strength and conditioning opportunities, being "all in" means never missing a session. It means showing up even when you're tired or when you have other things you could be doing. It means pushing your limits, not just meeting them. Every rep, every set, every drill is a chance to improve. And it's not just for your own benefit, but for the team's as well. The strength and unity of our team begin with the individual commitment each player makes to their own physical development.

2. Perfect Attendance: Being "all in" means perfect attendance at all practice sessions and football-related activities. It's about commitment. When you're here, you're 100% present, not just in body but in mind and spirit. You listen, you learn, you contribute. Perfect attendance is about respect – for the game, for your teammates, for your coaches, and for the dedication it takes to excel.

3. School Community Involvement: Beyond the field, being "all in" extends to your role within the larger school community. It's about fortifying our program's standing by excelling in your academics, participating in extracurricular activities, and serving the community. It means being a role model, an ambassador for our values, and a connector that brings together the athletic and academic spheres of St. Paul Catholic High School.

4. Academic Engagement: Being "all in" academically means striving for excellence in the classroom. It's about taking your studies seriously, seeking help when you need it, and balancing your athletic commitments with your academic responsibilities.

5.  Extracurricular Involvement: You should be involved in the life of the school outside the classroom and field. Join clubs, participate in other sports, be part of school events. This builds team spirit and personal growth.
